7. Upgrade Purchasing activity to ISO requirements
8. Establish a Corrective and Preventive Action System
9. Conduct employee awareness meeting
10. Establish a Document Control system
11. Train an “in-house” ISO required “Management Representative”
12. Assist with Registrar selection
13. Conduct and document the ISO required Internal Audit
14. Coordinate activities with HR to assure employee documentation in place
15. Create formal job descriptions
16. Create all required forms and records as needed
17. Act as the Liaison during the Certification Audit
